Advantages in performance
1. Light weight
ALC board has a light bulk density. Generally speaking, the absolute dry bulk density of B04 grade is less than 425kg/m, the absolute dry bulk density of B05 grade is less than 525kg/m, and the absolute dry bulk density of B06 grade is less than 625kg/m, which is about 1/4 of concrete and 1/3 of clay brick. This reduces the weight of the building, reduces the cost of foundation engineering, and is convenient for transportation and installation
2. Good thermal insulation
Its low thermal conductivity and excellent thermal insulation performance can effectively reduce the energy consumption of buildings. It is suitable for buildings under various climatic conditions. It can be used in cold areas with high thermal insulation requirements, as well as in hot summer and cold winter areas or hot summer and warm winter areas with high thermal insulation requirements. For example, it can reduce indoor heat loss in winter, block the entry of external heat in summer, and reduce the energy consumption of refrigeration equipment such as air conditioners.
3. Good sound insulation performance
ALC board is a porous material composed of a large number of uniform, unconnected tiny pores, with good sound insulation effect. The average sound insulation of 100mm thick ALC board can reach 40.8dB, and the average sound insulation of 150mm thick ALC board can reach 45.8dB, which can provide people with a quiet indoor environment.
4. Strong fire resistance
It is a non-combustible inorganic material with excellent fire resistance. The fire resistance limit of 100mm thick ALC board can reach 3.82 hours, and the fire resistance limit of 125mm thick ALC board can reach more than 4 hours, which can buy precious time for personnel evacuation and fire rescue in the event of a fire.
5. Good seismic performance
ALC board is light in weight, high in strength, and has good toughness. It can adapt to the deformation of buildings under external forces such as earthquakes. In a 1:1 simulated earthquake test, after an earthquake test with an intensity of 10.5 degrees (1.2g), none of the test building model panels were broken, and none of the 120 ALC board installation nodes were damaged.
6. Good impermeability
It is more than 5 times more impermeable than standard bricks, which can effectively prevent moisture penetration, avoid wall dampness, mold and other problems, and extend the service life of the building.
7. Good durability
ALC is an inorganic silicate material that is not easy to age, and its service life can match the service life of various buildings.
8. Strong frost resistance
After the freeze-thaw test, the mass loss is less than 1.5% (the national standard is less than 5%), and the strength loss is less than 5% (the national standard is less than 20%), which can maintain good performance in cold areas.
